My Story
For much of my life, I’ve been drawn to helping people see what they sometimes can’t see in themselves — their gifts, their potential, and the purpose God has placed within them.
Over the years, that calling has taken me into education, leadership, coaching, ministry, writing, and business. The settings have changed, but the assignment has remained remarkably consistent: help people hear God more clearly, understand who He created them to be, and have the courage to move when He says move.
I believe we spend far too much time asking God to show us how everything is going to work out before we’re willing to take the next step. One of the principles that has shaped my own life is simple:
God does the how. You do the do.
That belief is at the heart of my books, Bible studies, coaching, and everything you’ll find here.
A Little About Me
My work has never fit neatly into one box, and I’ve learned that’s because God has used every season to prepare me for the next one.
I’m an author, transformational leadership coach, educator, speaker, and woman of faith with more than 30 years of experience in leadership, sales, education, and personal development.
I hold a master’s degree in Curriculum and Technology, have completed doctoral coursework in Educational Leadership, and am Maxwell Leadership Certified.
But credentials only tell part of the story.
What matters most to me is helping people connect what they believe with how they actually live. Whether I’m writing, coaching, teaching, or standing in front of a room, my goal is the same: to help people gain clarity, recognize what God is asking of them, and have the courage to move forward.
Faith. Purpose. Strategy. Action.
Why I Create These Resources
I don’t create books and resources simply to give people more information. There is already plenty of information in the world.
I create them because I believe what we know should change how we live.
Sometimes we need help recognizing the patterns that are keeping us stuck. Sometimes we need to be reminded of what God has already said. And sometimes we simply need practical tools that help us take what we believe and actually do something with it.
That is the heart behind everything I create here.
Whether you’re trying to understand your assignment, walk through a difficult season, grow in your faith, or simply figure out what comes next, my prayer is that these resources help you hear God more clearly and take your next step with confidence.
You don’t have to know the whole plan. You just have to be willing to take the next step.
